Questions
What counts as a session?
One visitor’s continuous activity on your site. It survives page loads and ends after 30 minutes of inactivity, so a visitor browsing ten pages is one session — not ten.
What happens when I reach my limit?
New sessions stop being recorded until the next calendar month or an upgrade — unless you turn on overage (Pro and Business, monthly billing), which keeps recording at a per-session price up to a monthly cap you choose. Sessions already in progress keep recording, and nothing you stored is deleted early. You get a warning at 80%.
Can I control how much I record?
Yes — set a sampling rate per project, exclude pages, or require consent before recording starts. Everything is masked in the visitor’s browser before upload.
Can I self-host?
Yes. The same open-core build runs on your own Kubernetes with your Postgres, SMTP and SSO. Talk to us about a commercial license for Enterprise features and support.
Do you offer annual billing or invoices?
Yes — Pro and Business can be billed yearly for the price of ten months (two months free); switch between monthly and yearly any time in Settings → Plan & billing, prorated. Enterprise plans are invoiced annually.
